Job Title: Inventory Specialist / On-Site Representative We're looking for a full-time team member to support operations across multiple sites in Orangeburg, SC and surrounding areas. This role combines hands-on route work with project support and site updates, offering flexibility and variety in your day-to-day tasks. What You'll Do Route Service (2 days/week): Perform standard OSR (On-Site Representative) tasks across assigned accounts. Project & Coverage Support (3 days/week): Assist with PTO coverage and special projects. Help launch Gen 2 sites and implement new technology updates. Conduct site surveys, follow task checklists, and complete labor-side updates. Site Assessments: Review site layouts, take photos, and document shelving and equipment details. Adapt to new nomenclature and processes introduced by Gen 2 software. Cross-Training: Ride-along training provided before independent work begins. Hard Requirements Ability to work 30-40 hours per week (flexible scheduling; no late-night servicing). Comfortable driving between Orangeburg, Charleston, and Columbia territories (approx. 300 miles/week, max 15,000 miles/year). Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Strong attention to detail for site surveys and checklist completion. Willingness to learn new technology and processes. Additional Details Pay Rate: Low $20s/hour. As a Receiving Associate at eVAC Magnetics, you will play a vital role in supporting our production and logistics operations by ensuring that incoming materials, parts, and equipment are received accurately, inspected thoroughly, and properly recorded. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Quality, and Production teams to ensure that all materials are handled efficiently and stored safely for use in manufacturing.
