A stock associate must have excellent customer service and people skills as they will interact with volunteers and ministries daily. Their main duty is to keep the cooler stocked with plenty of items, as well as ensuring that everything looks clean and organized. Besides maintaining the cooler, stock associates must be able to direct and explain all rules to volunteers when they come in for their shift and assign tasks to them. Responsibilities Keep the cooler area neat and organized and make sure our partner ministries and volunteers have a good variety to choose from. Coordinate volunteers, oversee their work in displaying items and assist them if needed. Keep floors clean. Answer any questions that our partner ministries may have. Requirements Must be able and willing to work in the cooler throughout the whole shift. Must work well with teammates and have a strong desire to get along with others.
