Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and requirements for special instructions pertaining to inbound and out bound loads (BOL's, Shipping Labels, Delivery Orders, etc.)

Receive daily food and beverage deliveries, verify items against purchase orders, and transport them from the loading dock to the designated storage areas for inspection.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storeroom, including shelves, floors, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
Stock shelves and transfer food products as needed.
Process and issue inventory to departments only with approved, signed requisitions, under the supervisor's direction.
Assist with end-of-period and bi-weekly inventories using the purchasing information system.
Follow company safety and security policies, complete required training and certifications, and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
Ensures uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Qualifications
Hospitality oriented.
Minimum 1 year of experience in storeroom operations; receiving, issuing and managing inventory.
Ability to lift up-to 60 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and lifting.
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle challenging situations.
Must have good communication skills in Spanish and English.

What you will be doing:
* Order fulfillment - stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
