This is a full-time position, with $18.91/hour starting pay, a 40-hour workweek Monday-Friday, first-shift only. Job DescriptionDistribution Associate: Capron, IllinoisOur customer in Capron, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their distribution team. We're hiring Distribution Associates to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Distribution Associate you will be responsible for receiving, sorting, storing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities of the Distribution Associate: Unload merchandise from trailers and verify against purchase orders or invoices. Stack and load cartons for outbound shipment and stock shelves with received goods. Operate material handling equipment safely, including pallet handlers and hand trucks. Select and pick products for shipment from computerized store orders. Prepare merchandise for shipping using shrink wrap machines or other devices. Scan and track materials using handheld or hands-free RF devices. Distribution Associate Requirements and Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain preferred. Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and meet productivity standards. Able to perform basic math for counts and inventory. Physical ability to stand and walk 8+ hours, lift 20-85 lbs., bend, stoop, and use hands for repetitive tasks. Able to operate material handling equipment after training/certification.
