As a Receiving Associate at eVAC Magnetics, you will play a vital role in supporting our production and logistics operations by ensuring that incoming materials, parts, and equipment are received accurately, inspected thoroughly, and properly recorded. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Quality, and Production teams to ensure that all materials are handled efficiently and stored safely for use in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming materials, components, and supplies; verify accuracy of shipments against packing lists and purchase orders. Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues to Quality and Procurement. Enter receipts into ERP or inventory management systems. Tag, label, and route materials to appropriate storage or production areas. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving area. Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory as needed. Collaborate with Logistics and Production teams to ensure timely material availability. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs. Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in receiving, warehousing, or manufacturing environment preferred. Basic computer and data entry skills. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one. Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to interpret packing slips, shipping documents, and purchase orders. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Working Conditions Manufacturing/warehouse environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and moving equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
