Very soon Geetha's name became popular among the recently emigrated IT professionals from India and these consultants in turn encouraged her to start her own IT consulting firm and that marked the beginning of Software Technical Services Inc., in Atlanta Georgia in September 1982.
STS originally started from the basement of Geetha's residence (June 1983) with the home phone acting as the office phone during the day time.
Founded in 1986, STS Aviation Group is a one-stop service provider to the global aviation industry.
In 2007 Software Technical Services became known as STS Worldwide, Inc.
