Title: Home Staging Stylist Duties: This position meets with clients, makes recommendations on home staging to the clients, leads the team on staging projects, curates inventory needed for the company, performs quality control before stagings leave the warehouse, review photos of jobsites, and correct mistakes of other employees on stagings.
Tasks
Staging Curator
Select furniture that will be used at all home staging jobs. This is usually done via photos and videos without seeing the house.
Evaluate staged properties and instruct the team on correcting mistakes via photos and video. You are the final quality control on the site.
Creating vision boards and design plans for customers
Coordinating with other stylists for customer expectations and making sure all notes are in the calendar/CRM
Plan complicated stagings for Partial Stagings (customers furniture mixed with ours), model homes, short term rentals, or LUX (high end multi-million dollar homes) stagings
Create Home Staging Transfer plans to move furniture from one location to another
Drive to properties in company vehicles to document job sites with photos for most all upcoming staging projects
Furniture Mover
Carry furniture into houses and arrange it for staging
Print artwork for staging jobs and frame it
Fix furniture by painting it or doing minor repairs
Shop for new furniture for the standard Realestaged inventory
Design Quality Control
Review photos and videos of all jobs before and after the staging to make sure they meet Realestaged standards
Handle escalations from customers who are dissatisfied with our stagings
Make outgoing calls to new clients to ensure they understand the Realestaged experience
Correct issues on staging projects and before staging leaves the warehouse. This often includes tags on the furniture, damage, or a correcting poor selection of furniture.
Load fragile ornaments into a box and carefully pack them for transport
Hang pictures and mirrors
Training team members on proper techniques for hanging pictures, placing furniture and accessories, and staging the Realestaged Way.
Design Admin Work
Review photos and videos of future staging jobs before and after the staging to make sure they meet Realestaged standards
Make outgoing calls to clients to ensure we are agreeing on what rooms to stage
Work within our CRM to assist the admin teams with quoting design work

What We Pay:
Compensation above industry standards. We want the best, and they should have the best!
UNCAPPED COMMISIONS and BONUSES!
Guaranteed starting base hourly pay of $10 per hour, not including commission. We value your time, so you'll always be paid for it, on top of your sales.
Most of our new waxers earn around $16-$19+ per hour in total compensation (including commission), following their training period.
Our top waxers make around $20-$25+ per hour in total compensation (including commission).
Opportunity for pay increases twice a year.

About the Position
Position is primarily responsible for providing cosmetology services, using chemical supplies, such as permanent waves, hair coloring, rinses, and special treatments. Services will also include haircuts.
This position pays $21.50/hr
The position will work Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
Core hours of the job are 10am-4pm
Job Duties
Prepares the equipment and supplies necessary for the task to be performed.
Provides shampoo and sets, haircuts, hair coloring, rinses, and special treatments.
Assists residents to and from the Beauty Salon when necessary.
Assists with keeping all salons clean, including roller carts, styling and shampoo stations, supply room; keep floors swept, and assists with general cleanliness of the Salon.
Makes appointments for residents, answers telephone, and post charges in the POS system.
Ensures the safety of the residents while in the Beauty Salon.
Qualifications
Must be a licensed Cosmetologist in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Must be able to relate to and work with residents within the facility.
Must possess ability to deal tactfully and effectively with residents and staff, and communicate clearly.
