Job Requirements Our Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as END Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a PCT you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. The Surgical Technician serves as a member of the healthcare team and provides technical support to the surgeon, registered nurse, and anesthesiologist in the operating room.
