Every year, Emerald Youth serves more than 3,000 children, teens and young adults in the heart of Knoxville through faith, learning and health programs. JOB SUMMARY: Provides direct leadership, instruction and motivation for participants in Emerald Youth Sports Learn to Swim Program. Assists with curriculum and instruction of classes for elementary and middle school age participants. To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Schedule/Pay Pay is set at $13.50/hr with experience. School Year Schedule: School year hours are 3:00-8:30pm during the week (Monday-Friday) and some weekends during the day.
