+ Act as a Instructor Operator for General Atomics PBL US Army field support. Responsible for supporting customer organizational units in aircrew training, evaluations, and sustained flight operations.

Neurofitness instructors work directly with students to promote fitness interests and abilities by facilitating individual and small group 90-minute training sessions in various settings.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate frequent individual and group 90-minute training sessions with students
Provide personal evaluations to clients on their fitness level by reviewing their abilities, physical condition and overall health to ensure that all training sessions are suitable, appropriately challenging, and goal-oriented.
Create personalized neuro fitness routines that assist clients in reaching their fitness goals while remaining suitable to their current physical abilities.
Teach clients on the proper techniques for all exercises, especially when using more complicated equipment, to minimize the risk of injury.
Document and chart progress, engagement, participation at the end of each session. Charting includes objective measures (i.e., heart rate, BMI, distance, lifting, etc.) depending on the activity.
Monitor clients on their status and make changes to their individual fitness plans based on any physical changes and increased or decreased fitness levels.
Participate in treatment team meetings as needed to align efforts with treatment goals
Enforce all gym policies and safety rules to reduce the chance of any accidents and to maintain a safe and comfortable environment in which clients can exercise.
Inform clients on other healthy lifestyle changes to complement their fitness goals.
Clean and maintain all fitness equipment so that it is ready for clients to use at any time.

Core Duties

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range is $88,000-95,000 and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. GENERAL PURPOSE Performs a variety of technical, advanced poolside and water safety duties as needed to assure safe use of pool facilities. Responsible for the instruction and safety of patrons enrolled in water exercise classes at the facility. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Promotes and follows the City's Mission Statement, values, and expectations.
Plans, organizes, and conducts special water activities and programs, such as water aerobics; provides instruction in water aerobic concepts and leads the exercise groups.
Performs related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
* Must be 18 years of age.
* Basic knowledge of fitness, nutrition, anatomy, weight control, and water/exercise principles
* Sufficient education and training to demonstrate an aptitude or ability to perform duties with at least six months experience related to fitness group instruction.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Working knowledge of the methods and techniques to develop class content appropriate to the course description and level.
* Be able to instruct patrons on effective workout methods; explain proper techniques, demonstrate exercises; identify different muscle groups, and teach appropriate methods to strengthen specific muscles. Maintain an alertness and awareness of patron activities to minimize exposure or threat of incident.
* Ability to plan, organize, and develop water aerobic programs and workouts; demonstrate proper technique; establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing.
Special Qualifications:
Must be available to work mornings when classes are scheduled.
