Job Description The Water Safety Instructor is responsible for teaching learn to swim classes to children and adults. Plan, conduct and/or organize designated swimming development classes or water safety presentations. QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience: Minimum of 16 years of age and actively pursuing high school diploma. Support Staff The primary purpose of the Swim Instructor / Lifeguard is to supervise the safety and rescue of swimmers at the HCISD Aquatic Center.
