What you'll do on a typical day:
Drive a tractor in and around the site or on public roads, moving multiple styles of trailers
Inspect tractor/yard truck before and after the shift
Maneuver tractor/trailer safely throughout the facility within the designated lanes and areas
Maintain housekeeping within assigned tractor/trailer and defined areas
Inspect trailers to be moved to verify condition
Load and unload freight and supplies or assist in loading and unloading the truck
Work safely and adhere to all safety policies and practices
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
6 months of Commercial Driver's License (CDL) class A experience
A current valid driver's license and clean driving record over the past 2 years
A current valid CDL class A and clean driving record
Appropriate additional endorsements for Hazmat and Tanker (if required)
It'd be great if you also have:

Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds)

**Qualifications**
A Bachelor's Degree and/or related plant management experience; or equivalent combination of education and related plant management experience is required. A minimum of five years' experience in an operations supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership skills strongly preferred. Six Sigma, Lean, and/or Kaizen experience preferred.

What You'll Be Doing:
Install and remove residential and commercial lighting and décor, including permanent landscape lighting and seasonal holiday displays
Load company vehicles and review daily project itineraries from our shops in Hazleton, PA or Tysons Corner, VA
Use iPads to review project layouts, complete digital checklists, and submit production notes
Safely set up and climb ladders ranging from 4' to 40' (ladder work assigned based on comfort/experience)
Communicate clearly with your crew and follow direction on-site from Crew Leads
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and treat client properties with care and respect
What We're Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Not afraid of heights or physical labor-this is an active, outdoor role
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions precisely, especially safety-related
Tech-savvy enough to use iPads and mobile apps for layout plans and reports

Requirements:
18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the shop each day

Duties/Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between client, design, engineering, production, and installation teams.
Interpret architectural and shop drawings; collaborate closely with drafting and estimating teams to ensure design intent and fabrication alignment.
Collaborate directly with the Project Manager to manage and track project milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
Prepare and edit AutoCAD drawings, redlines, and revisions based on architectural plans and field conditions.
Assist with field coordination, including site visits, documentation, and updates to shop drawings.
Serve as a communication bridge between the Project Manager, drafting team, vendors, and clientsproviding responsive, professional updates.
Maintain and organize project files, logs, drawing versions, submittals, and approvals.
Help track change orders, punch list items, and RFIs, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-through.
Support project meetings by preparing documentation, taking notes, and following up on action items.
Utilize construction productivity software for accurate tracking of project progress and support needs.
Coordinate with field and installation teams to support successful on-site execution.

Required Skills/Abilities:
3+ years of millwork, drafting, or engineering experience.
Proficient with PlanGrid software.
Proven AutoCAD and project support capability.
Industry certifications (e.g., AWI Quality Standards, OSHA 10/30, CAD certification) Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, millwork details, and specifications.
Strong math, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
Education and Experience:
Associate or bachelors degree in construction management, Architectural Technology, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Drafting & Design, or a related technical field.
Familiarity with custom fabrication processes, shop production methods, and field installation.
Knowledge of LEED/FSC documentation a plus.
