+ Prepares material to meet customer specifications. This mostly consists of cutting rubber using mechanical machinery, manually and attaching brackets into the rubber material using power tools.
+ Ensures accurate measurements before all cuts.
+ Assembles and tightens clasps, fittings, roller-bearing mechanisms and other mechanical components & accessories if needed.
+ Uses power tools, hand tools such as hammers, tape measures, drills, screw drivers, etc. as needed
+ RF scanning product and customer order
+ Prepares material for shipment and double checks order accuracy before completing job. (rubber material: gaskets, belts, seals, etc.).
+ Pulls material from existing inventory, maintain clean and organized work station.
+ Operates palletizer (shrink wrap) and wraps completed pallets
+ Accurately follows instructions, including detail Amazon instructions for some repeat business orders.
+ Uses various shipping software to create shipping labels such as FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldWide, etc.
+ Loads tucks with customer orders: UPS, FedEx, etc. using pallet jacks, manually carrying materials and sit-down forklifts. Unloads materials from trucks when needed.
+ Stages then stows incoming material to appropriate locations in warehouse, RF scanning
+ Assures received items match order before breaking down
+ Maintains cleanliness throughout warehouse at all times.
+ Operates machinery to cut customer order down to correct size (training provided)
+ Basic sit-down forklift operation is required and training is provided.
Warehouse Lead Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent is required.
+ Valid New Jersey driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.

Role & Responsibility:Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success
Complete and oversee basic to complex systems analysis, design and development.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform receipt inspections on incoming materials, components, and equipment
+ Verify materials against purchase orders, specifications, and documentation requirements
+ Check for damage, nonconformances, proper identification, and traceability
+ Document inspection findings and maintain accurate records
+ Ensure compliance with applicable standards, procedures, and quality requirements
+ Interface with warehouse, procurement, and quality teams as needed
Requirements:
+ Experience performing receipt inspections in a manufacturing, industrial, or nuclear environment
+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, material certificates, and procurement documents
+ Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
+ ANSI Receipt Inspector Certification
+ Computer literacy for documentation and data entry
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

Quality Control Inspector (FARO)
System One job in Camden, NJ
System One is seeking a Certified FARO/NDE Inspector for a long-term onsite contract role. The inspector will perform precision dimensional inspections using FARO systems and support shop floor inspection activities. Candidates with NDT certifications are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform dimensional inspections using FARO equipment
+ Support shop floor inspection tasks as needed
+ Interpret drawings and specifications for accuracy and conformity
+ Work closely with quality, production, and engineering teams
+ Accurately document inspection results and maintain required records
Required Qualifications:
+ FARO inspection experience (required)
+ Any NDT certifications (VT, PT, MT, UT, etc.) are a plus
+ Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift
