POSITION OVERVIEW
We're looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Payroll Tax Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting smooth payroll operations across the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Process payroll tax deposits on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
* Accurately and timely file payroll-related tax returns across federal, state, and local jurisdictions
* Prepare and submit quarterly unemployment filings and payments
* Respond promptly to inquiries from internal teams and external agencies, including tax authorities
* Reconcile payroll tax-related general ledger accounts
