POSITION REQUIREMENTS
4- 6 years of previous hospitality experience in F&B in a leadership capacity Hotels or Convention centers in dealing with organization managements, sales processes and sales management, customer service and food service operational experience in a high energy, fast paced environment (inclusive of both front and back of the house).
Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Act as an internal food safety ambassador for HACCP, constantly ensuring inspection readiness and compliance with all health codes and standards. Manage employee safety training in accordance with Human Resources.
Ensures all kitchen equipment is inventoried, kept in working order following operations standard of procedures.
Handle all culinary uniform needs.
