We are seeking cable technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining low-voltage cabling systems Key duties include: * Install work area outlets for floors (monuments), modular furniture (surface mount boxes), and walls (box eliminators).
* Drop cable down walls using fish tape or other approved methods and route cable through modular furniture.
* Perform pre-termination procedures: organize, dress, and label cables; determine proper length and slack.
* Suspend and support cables using cable trays, J-hooks, D-rings, bridal rings, and trapeze supports.
* Build and configure telecommunications closets, including mounting backboards, racks, patch panels, fiber optics, and related hardware.
* Install grounding for racks, equipment, and cables as required.
* Perform fire-stopping procedures on fire-rated walls, install sleeves, and pull cable through sleeves and core penetrations.
* Terminate low-voltage devices according to specifications.

The Level 1 Help Desk Technician provides first-line support to end-users experiencing technical issues. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software problems, resolving basic IT issues, and escalating more complex problems to higher-level support teams as needed.
* Respond to and resolve a high volume of initial IT support requests via phone, email, or chat, including password resets, software installations, and hardware troubleshooting
* Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues, including operating system problems, connectivity issues, and user account management
* Contribute to and utilize the internal knowledge base for common issues and solutions and provide feedback for improvement
* Create, update, and close support tickets in the IT ticketing systems, ensuring accurate documentation of all issues and resolutions
