ERA PSYCH, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for a Part-time or Full-time Licensed Psychologist to join our Mental Health team in Fremont, CA and surrounding areas. We are looking for individuals who are diligent, organized and passionate about providing quality services to children and their families.
The ideal candidate has experience administering psychological assessments to children and adolescents. Background in Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnostic assessments and experience administering the Autism Diagnosis Observation Schedule, Second Edition (ADOS-2) is highly desirable.
The Full-time position will conduct 8-10 assessments per month (in-person and/or virtual). The Part-time position will conduct 4-5 assessments per months (in-person and/or virtual). Psychologists can work as W2 fee-for-service employees or contractors and can be eligible for:

Job Duties
* Deliver direct intervention in our home, school, and community settings
* Conduct parent/caregiver education and functional behavior assessments.
* Create ABA programs tailored for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
* Employ evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions.
* Collect behavioral data, complete progress notes, and handle case management.
* Offer clinical direction, training, and support to Community Autism Services (CAS) ABA Behavior Technicians.
* Provide supervised, professional experience to Community Autism Services (CAS) staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision.
Requirements
* Possess an active Bachelor's degree and must be enrolled in an ABA/BCBA Master's degree program
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and leadership skills
* Preferred prior experience as a lead RBT and in program writing for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.

Job Duties
* ABA Behavior Technicians report directly to the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
* In collaboration with a program supervisor, instruct clients on developing communication skills, fostering play, establishing friendships, and enhancing independence, while addressing challenging behaviors.
* Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
* Attend to toileting and/or change soiled diapers/clothing as needed.

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides quality care to all residents. Under the direction of a registered Occupational Therapist, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (“COTA”) helps plan and implement patient treatment, plan, and coordinate patient discharge, and prepare detailed progress reports and appropriate patient documentation. Treatments will include training in daily living activities, functional skills, motor development, compensation techniques, use of adaptive equipment and splinting. The COTA will not be expected to perform patient evaluations.
