The Drill Operator will perform tasks involving operating a drilling machine at the site of work to construct, maintain, or repair highway, heavy civil, or building type structures; equipment operators are also expected to assist in other duties around the jobsite as needed; operates equipment in compliance with company operating safety, policies, and procedures

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operates a Drilling Machine to complete tasks such as drilling rock, shale, and/or other materials; stops and starts portable air compressor
Must have knowledge of operating procedures as it pertains to loading and unloading materials
May oil, grease, service, and make normal maintenance adjustments on equipment; perform daily safety and maintenance checks; completes paperwork and other documentation as required
May be some vibration associated with equipment operation; jolts and vibrations may result from operating equipment; loud noise when operating equipment
May perform other related duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of operating experience preferred
Requires ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffold/ladder
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions
Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly
Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn

RESPONSIBILITIES
Construction, topographic, right-of-way, and control survey projects; participates in pre-survey planning meetings with project managers, resident engineers, and contractor representatives.
Gathers field survey data through use of conventional and Global Positioning System (GPS) methods; sets up, adjusts, and operates surveying equipment, including electronic total station, data collector, and GPS equipment, in order to measure distances, elevations, and angles; prepares field notes and drawings; performs field surveying for roadway, bridges and other infrastructure projects. Including installing surveying construction stakes, tying out existing intersection ties, and locating or establishing vertical and horizontal control, right of way, monuments, corners, boundaries, and property lines.
Performs complex surveying calculations using engineering calculator, laptop computer, personal computer, and graphics software, such as AutoCAD; analyzes raw data for mathematical closure and geometric accuracy and prepares finished grade sheets, topographic maps and other survey report
Assists in construction, design, topographic, and all types of control surveys.
Assumes responsibility for the company survey equipment and oversees equipment maintenance and inventory.
Produces accurate detailed maps with accurate surveying data in a timely manner.
Sets up, operates and adjusts all types of survey equipment, including a level, transit and electronic measuring device.
Makes trigonometric calculations, such as adjusting traverses and calculation of coordinates, control points, quantities and areas.
Trains other crew members on the latest technology in surveying equipment and finds new and innovative ways of doing surveys
QUALIFICATIONS
4-year degree in construction, engineering or other related field of study, or 10 years of survey construction staking experience required

The Physical Therapy Assistant Provides clinical physical therapy treatments for program participants on acute, restorative and maintenance levels as needed. Follows the treatment plan as per Registered Physical Therapist assessment and documented care plan.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate from a physical therapist assistant curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Colorado.
Minimum of one-year experience working with the frail or elderly population required.
Minimum of one year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
Good working knowledge of physical, psychosocial and behavioral needs of the elderly population.
Able to understand medical terminology and how it applies to physical therapy, to communicate with participants, staff, IDT and physicians, and how to prepare meaningful reports.
Ability to communicate with the participants to establish favorable attitude to motivate the participants to desired cooperation and effort in his/her rehabilitation development.
Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform physical therapy treatments and related duties as may be delegated by the physical therapist.
Communicate Participant's changes and progress per treatment plan on a regular basis to Registered Physical Therapist.
Maintain proper documentation according to state, federal PACE regulations.
Maintain proper records according to PACE policy and procedures.
Perform and record, if required, as specified by the planned treatment program, non-evaluative on-going data: Measurements of vital signs, range of motion, strength and linear increments; Types of assistive mobility devices used, and the distances covered; Results of tests and evaluations performed by the registered physical therapist.
Respond to psych-social support needs of the participant and/or the participant's family.
Communicate appropriately and effectively with all personnel and to document according to professional standards.
Keep timely records, meet regularly with the Registered Physical Therapist and attend care conferences as requested.
Participate in patient care conferences and other rehabilitation related meetings as appropriate.
Communicate with Registered Physical Therapist and IDT members regarding patient progress, problems and plans.
Participate in in-service training programs for all staff in the facility.
Instruct participant and family members and nursing staff in restorative and therapeutic maintenance programs.
Abides by regulations pertaining to PACE as established by Federal and State Agencies and the Volunteers of America Health Facilities policies.
Attends required in-services & completes assigned online modules.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Prepare and operate advanced radiologic equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images according to physician orders
Maintain equipment and sterilize the room in which procedure takes place
Evaluate images for quality, present images and preliminary findings to physicians and health care team
Maintain and inspect imaging equipment for proper functionality, troubleshooting issues and reporting malfunctions as needed
Document all imaging procedures and technical details accurately in patient records
Follow hospital safety rules and procedures including infection control and radiation safety protocols
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of Radiologic Technologist practice
Required Essential Skills:

The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Construction, topographic, right-of-way, and control survey projects; participates in pre-survey planning meetings with project managers, resident engineers, and contractor representatives.
+ Gathers field survey data through use of conventional and Global Positioning System (GPS) methods; sets up, adjusts, and operates surveying equipment, including electronic total station, data collector, and GPS equipment, in order to measure distances, elevations, and angles; prepares field notes and drawings; performs field surveying for roadway, bridges and other infrastructure projects. + Performs complex surveying calculations using engineering calculator, laptop computer, personal computer, and graphics software, such as AutoCAD; analyzes raw data for mathematical closure and geometric accuracy and prepares finished grade sheets, topographic maps and other survey report
+ Assists in construction, design, topographic, and all types of control surveys.
+ Assumes responsibility for the company survey equipment and oversees equipment maintenance and inventory.
+ Produces accurate detailed maps with accurate surveying data in a timely manner.
+ Sets up, operates and adjusts all types of survey equipment, including a level, transit and electronic measuring device.
+ Makes trigonometric calculations, such as adjusting traverses and calculation of coordinates, control points, quantities and areas.
+ Trains other crew members on the latest technology in surveying equipment and finds new and innovative ways of doing surveys
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ 4-year degree in construction, engineering or other related field of study, or 10 years of survey construction staking experience required
+ Trimble Business Center experience is a plus
