What will you do as a Foster Care Coordinator?

What will you do as a Residential Youth Care Specialist?
As a Residential Youth Care Specialist you will be expected to provide care, supervision, structure, and to be an advocate that provides and builds a therapeutic relationship with the youth in your care. You will be surrounded by team members committed to the same goal, as well as various functional professionals partnering with you in our youth's success.
A typical day as a Residential Youth Care Specialist day-to-day care of youth while in residence (including fun!), working with clients from 10-17 years old, males or females who are highly acute and potentially aggressive, supporting treatment process of each youth, and completing other tasks as assigned by your Supervisor.
