Summary: The Training Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering in-person and virtual training programs that enhance associate performance and organizational capability. This role works closely with the Training Department and department leaders to ensure training content aligns with current company policies and procedures, driving engagement, retention, and effectiveness across all training efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy
Design, execute, and manage a variety of training initiatives, including onboarding, e-learning, and instructor-led programs.

Operations & Execution

A MECHANIC'S DAY-TO-DAY:
* Abide by and maintain all safety procedures as required by Lucky Strike Entertainment and OSHA.

Job Responsibilities * Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand. * Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated storage areas. * Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
* Sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area.
* Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
* Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines.
* Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.
* Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor.
Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
* No specific educational requirements; a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred.
* Proven experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy trays or dish racks.
* Basic knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety standards.
* Team player attitude with effective communication skills.
