Job Responsibilities * Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand. * Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated storage areas. * Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition. * Sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area. * Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas. * Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines. * Assist with unloading and storing deliveries. * Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor. Job Responsibilities * Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. * Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders. * Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware. * Ensure that alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements. * Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to their requests or concerns. * Prepare garnishes, garnish drinks, and set up service areas for daily operations. * Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times. * Handle cash and process payments accurately. * Collaborate with the bar team and other staff members to provide exceptional service. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements * Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment. * Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system. * Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment. * Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law).
