🎯 Expectations:
Guide and support TES providers
May provide direct services depending on profession
Oversee student records and progress notes while making sure services follow IDEA and other compliance requirements
Collaborate with staff, schools, and families to keep communication strong
Lead and participate in team meetings to share updates and align goals
Provide training to clients and staff as needed Write IEPs and attend meetings as appropriate
Provide support in telehealth service delivery
Minimum Requirements:
A valid Intervention Specialist, Speech Pathologist, or School Psychology License
At least 4 years of experience in Special Education
Deep understanding of IDEA, IEP development, and progress monitoring
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Must clear a current background check through the BCI/FBI
A current TB Test

Our Job Coach will be integral in teaching students/clients how to perform a job, including, how to integrate into the job setting, appropriate social skills for the setting and specific job tasks.. SALARY RANGE: $15.50-$22.02/hr*
*Salary range depends on related experience, credentials, education, and regular use of a second language in your role.

What You'll Do:
Coach and support a small group of students/clients at worksites
Assist with transportation to and from job locations
Teach job-related tasks and positive workplace social skills
Collect onsite skills and behavior data
Stand for extended periods and work both indoors/outdoors as needed
Create job task analyses to support learning and success
What You Bring:
High school diploma
Experience or knowledge supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
Flexible schedule including some weekends
Valid Ohio driver's license + auto insurance (per requirements)
Willingness and ability to transport clients
Current CPR & First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
Pass background checks (BCI/FBI), controlled substance test & TB Test
