TRAC Intermodal CEO and leadership

Chris Annese, Executive VP & Chief Financial Officer, has been with TRAC Intermodal since 2007. He manages all aspects of TRAC’s financial activities and controls, including accounting, investor relations, treasury, tax, audit and capital planning. In addition, Mr. Annese leads TRAC’s Information Technology Department.

With more than 30 years of experience in finance, Mr. Annese previously held several high-level positions with Cendant Corporation (now Wyndham Worldwide). He has expertise in a wide range of finance areas including mergers and acquisitions, integration and debt financing.

A graduate of Pace University, Mr. Annese holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.

James Bowe, Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for TRAC Intermodal, is responsible for the company’s Sales Teams - strategic, regional and internal.

Prior to joining TRAC in 2000, Mr. Bowe held several senior management positions focused on sales and operations. His decades-long experience includes 26 years managing container and chassis leasing across North America for Transamerica Leasing.

An active member of the New Jersey Bi-State Motor Carriers Association, Mr. Bowe also currently serves on the Port of New York and New Jersey Council of Port Performance. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Niagara University.
