Role Overview: This full-time, salaried exempt position is based at our client's Woodinville Branch and reports to the CEO. The role involves improving the branch's gross profit margins by purchasing lumber on behalf of the Woodinville Sales Team. This includes cultivating relationships with suppliers, managing inventory, preparing weekly reports summarizing purchasing opportunities, and coordinating with other teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
7+ years of experience working at a lumber trading firm.
Existing book of lumber trading (“buying and selling”) accounts.
Long standing relationships with Mills and suppliers within a 250-mile radius of Seattle, Washington.
Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize many urgent requests.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written.
Growth mindset and “grinder” orientation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams and web-based software.
Experience with Wood Pro ERP software and Power BI, a plus.

Role Summary:
The Personal Financial Services Representative (PFR) is an entry level position, which assists members by establishing new member relationships, opening consumer deposit accounts, account maintenance, taking credit applications, reviewing credit reports, working through loan documentation, closing loans, and serving as a Notary Public.
