This position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our dealership lot and ensuring a positive first impression for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Maintain the appearance and organization of the new and pre-owned vehicle lots. Move vehicles as directed by management to support daily sales operations and inventory placement. Wash, vacuum, and fuel vehicles as needed for display or delivery. Assist the sales team with vehicle deliveries, including tagging, staging, and presentation. Perform visual inspections to ensure vehicles are clean, damage-free, and properly stocked with window stickers and accessories. Maintain cleanliness of the lot, showroom, and vehicle display areas. Assist in keeping track of inventory locations and vehicle keys. Provide light snow or debris removal as needed to keep the lot safe and accessible. Support other dealership departments as needed. Qualifications: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a professional dealership image. Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Must be able to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the day. Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment preferred but not required.
