What does it mean to be a part of the Lift Operating team?
In these essential roles, you will work directly with the inventory department, Supervisors and leads to verify quantities of product received and loaded onto trucks at the distribution centers. These roles have strong understanding of products that we carry, all receiving/loading procedures and back stock. This team ensures that products are in the proper staging locations so we can efficiently receive and load trucks with product accurately while maintaining a clean and safe work area. The Cherry Picker position is responsible for moving product in small item repack area at elevated heights.

What does it mean to be a part of the Lift Operating team?
In these essential roles, you will work directly with the inventory department, Supervisors and leads to verify quantities of product received and loaded onto trucks at the distribution centers. These roles have strong understanding of products that we carry, all receiving/loading procedures and back stock. This team ensures that products are in the proper staging locations so we can efficiently receive and load trucks with product accurately while maintaining a clean and safe work area. The Cherry Picker position is responsible for moving product in small item repack area at elevated heights.
Compensation:
* $22.75/HR
* $2.00 for Weekend
* $2.00 for Freezer
* $1.25 for 2nd shift
Schedule:
* 8pm - 4:30am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
* Inspects assigned lift and completes vehicle inspection sheet.
* Replenishes pick slots using the view request screen. If no requests exist, uses the manual replenish screen to fill empty or almost empty slots.
* Maintains correct counts and logs any discrepancies in inventory.
* Verifies that the correct product is being put in the appropriate pick location.
* Cuts and removes shrink wrap from all knockdowns.
* Removes all empty pallets from pick locations and aisles.
* Operates the lift in a safe and efficient manner.
* Parks and recharges lift in its appropriate spot at the end of the shift.
* Immediately informs a lead, supervisor, or manager of any potential safety violations or violation of company policy.
* Perform duties in accordance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) policies and procedures, as appropriate for location
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
* Balancing: May involve walking, standing and/or crouching on narrow, slippery or moving surfaces
* Stooping: Bending downward and forward at the waist. Requires full use of lower extremities and back muscles.
* Standing: For extended time periods.
* Working Conditions: Worker subject to changing inside temperature (such as freezers or cold rooms)
* Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available
