The Training Enrollment & Certification Coordinator supports the operational execution of learning and certification requirements across the organization. This role is responsible for managing staff enrollment into required training, monitoring certification status, generating reports, and communicating directly with learners and supervisors regarding deadlines, next steps, and requirements. In addition, this role owns the Learning & Development SharePoint repository, ensuring that department documents, SOPs, job aids, and training assets are accurate, organized, and accessible.
Job Duties:
Training Enrollment & Scheduling Support
• Enrolls staff into required learning programs and maintains roster accuracy across systems.
• Ensures class assignments, waitlists, cancellations, and rescheduling tasks are processed accurately and on time.
• Communicates enrollment confirmations, instructions, and reminders to learners and supervisors.
• Schedules and tracks New Employee Trainings and identifies instructors to facilitate courses.
Certification Tracking & Status Monitoring
• Tracks required certifications (MAP, Relias training, Safety Care, CPR/First Aid, etc.) and updates records as completions occur.
• Runs reports to identify upcoming expirations and overdue certifications and sends notifications accordingly.
• Supports Senior Coordinator in maintaining compliance dashboards and certification logs.
Reporting & Data Integrity
• Pulls routine compliance and enrollment reports for program leadership and other stakeholders as assigned.
• Performs data validation checks and partners with LMS Administrator to resolve data errors or record mismatches.
• Supports audit preparation by ensuring documentation and records are stored and accessible.
SharePoint Repository Ownership
• Owns and maintains the L&D SharePoint document library, including folder structure, file naming standards, access permissions, version control, and archive management.
• Uploads and updates SOPs, job aids, forms, and other training materials in collaboration with Pod 1 and Pod 2 leadership.
[• Ensures staff always have access to the most current approved documentation.
Learner & Stakeholder Communication
• Responds to inquiries related to enrollment, certification status, deadlines, and required next steps.
• Sends standardized notices and reminders to individuals and groups to support timely completion of training.
• Assists in drafting communications for training announcements and process updates.
Other Duties
• Provides operational support during high-volume certification cycles or system transitions.
• Serves as a backup for Senior Coordinator duties during absences or peak workload periods.
• Produces job aids as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Typical Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in training coordination, HR administration, compliance tracking, or related administrative work
• Experience in human services, healthcare, education, or compliance-driven environments
• Familiarity with LMS platforms (Relias preferred)
Preferred /Required Education:
High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in training, human resources, business administration, business management, or related field preferred. In some cases, experience may be substituted for academic training.

About This Position
Mass Audubon is seeking to fill seasonal Ranger positions to assist with patrolling an island in Barnstable, Massachusetts. Rangers will provide education to beach visitors on the rules of the island and log incidents and/or violations that may occur throughout the nesting shorebird season. Please note this position does not include enforcement capabilities. All interactions with visitors ask for voluntary compliance with island regulations and documentation of any incidents. Access site via boat and/or kayaks independently or with other crew members; boat training is provided
Document incidents on the island in detail to provide to enforcement agencies as needed
Assist and coordinate with Coastal Waterbird Program staff in the region to follow best practices for protection and management
Maintain an online database on visitation to the field site

This position's pay range is $20.50-$22.00/hour; actual salary will reflect level of experience and qualifications relative to position requirements. This is not a benefits eligible position.
Work Schedule
This position starts on May 11, 2026 and ends on August 21, 2026. Some flexibility in the start date can be granted, but all rangers must start work by May 22, 2026. The schedule is typically 3-5 days per week between 30-35 hours from 10:00am-5:00pm. Work on weekends and holidays is required (specifically Memorial Day and Fourth of July), with variable hours and schedule due to weather and site-specific requirements. Requests for a limited number of weekend days off may be considered.
Other Requirements
Employees must successfully complete a CORI and SORI Background Check and a Motor Vehicle Record (if applicable) is required.
Staff members must complete all designated training sessions throughout the season, as applicable to their responsibilities.

This is a seasonal role from June - August and supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Explorers Leaders lead campers on daily offsite programs that introduce campers to a variety of activities that focus on recreation and outdoor adventure. Explorers I (X1) participants focus on recreation and comradery with programs to state parks, escape rooms, surfing, beaches and more. Explorers II (X2) participants focus on outdoor adventure activities such as hiking, paddling, climbing, and camping. Explorers II programs include leading both onsite and offsite overnights with campers. Explorers Leaders are responsible for the physical and mental wellbeing of campers and peers. Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Lead daily offsite field trips for campers entering grades 5th - 9th that focus on recreation and outdoor adventure. Examples include escape rooms, state parks, beaches, escape rooms, paintball, hiking, paddling, rock climbing, camping, and more.
Provide campers with excellent supervision and exercise strong judgement in all circumstances to ensure high levels of safety and program quality.
Model Camp Lincoln's four core values of honesty, caring, respect, and responsibility for campers and program partners.
Drive camp mini-buses on all trips providing safe transportation and positive environment throughout.
Explorers II programs include one onsite overnight and one offsite overnight camping trip. Leaders are oversee overnight programs to ensure campers safety and wellbeing.
Introduce campers to basic skills in outdoor activities such as proper strokes in paddling, setting up tents for camping, and hiking.
Maintain strict safety protocol on all trips according to Camp Lincoln's policies and industry standards.
Responsible for inspecting all equipment for functionality and safety before each use.
Work alongside Specialty Camp Unit Leader and Assistant Camp Director to finalize trip itineraries, plan meals, program equipment, and transportation.
Coordinate with Specialty Camp Unit Leader to manage petty cash and payments for vendors.
Complete program debrief with campers and Assistant Camp Director at conclusion of programs.
Attend required abuse risk management training.
Report suspicious or inappropriate behaviors and policy violations. Follow mandated abuse reporting requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must possess valid driver's license
Must have a clean driving record.

Enforce and demonstrate a strong knowledge of all the rules of the YMCA Futsal League. The league rules are U.S. Youth Futsal rules with a few modifications. Work 2-4 games in any given days that you are assigned to work.

This is a seasonal role from June - August and supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The CIT Directors will provide overall leadership and management of the Counselor-In-Training (CIT) Program. The CIT Directors is responsible for training, scheduling, managing, and evaluating 14 year old campers participating in the Junior (Jr..) CIT program. CIT Directors also oversee 15 year old volunteers participating in the Senior (Sr..) CIT program. The CIT Directors also serve as members of the senior staff team and is charged with high level leadership across the entire camp operation. CIT Directors are expected to lead by example and inspire those around them.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide all campers, staff, and families with a high quality camp experience through excellent, timely customer service.
Responsible for supervision of all Jr. and Sr. CITs.
Responsible for evaluating CITs; regular verbal check-ins and two formal written coaching cards.
Responsible for cabin and activity scheduling of all CITs.
Conducts check-in meetings at the start and end of each day for all CITs.
Conducts week long training for all CI's which mirrors many aspects of staff training.
Provides weekly training sessions to CITs to ensure continuous education throughout the program.
Coordinates special trainings (Lifeguard, First Aid, CPR, Ropes, and Archery) with department leaders.
Ensures systems are in place to gain feedback from all staff on CIT performance.
Ensures evaluations and recommendations?are completed in a timely manner and submitted to the Camp Director/Assistant Camp Director prior to the end of the summer.
Responsible for ensuring communication logs are completed in a timely manner using CampBrain software program.
Lead essential training sessions during Staff Training week and Senior Staff Retreat.
Ability to remain calm during an emergency. Ensures CIT's are timely and accurate during drills.
Assist with special events and summer fundraising campaigns.
Builds positive relationships with CIT's, campers, parents, caregivers, counselors and other senior staff to provide a high level experience to all.
Provides effective and timely communication to the Camp Director/Assistant Director.
Adhere to policies related to boundaries with consumers.
Attend required abuse risk management training.
Adhere to procedures related to managing high-risk activities and supervising consumers.
Report suspicious or inappropriate behaviors and policy violations.
Follow mandated abuse reporting requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years leadership and childcare experience.
Teaching, facilitating, teambuilding experience preferred.

Ropes Course Director will work outdoors with diverse populations on the low and high ropes course to support and enhance the summer camp experience for all. Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Oversee daily operations of low and high ropes courses for campers entering grades K-9th.
Supervise and evaluate two dedicated high ropes staff and one dedicated challenge course (low ropes) staff.
Delegate and support staff assigned to the high ropes and challenge course areas in facilitating activities, providing supervision, belay technique, and spotting activities.
Lead staff trainings to provide staff with necessary skills to facilitate on the high ropes course including belaying, group management, and equipment care as well as facilitate on the low ropes course including spotting, framing, and debriefing.
Maintain strict safety protocol for all ropes course programs according to Camp Lincoln's policies and industry standards.
Ensure all campers and staff are equipped with well-fitting and appropriate safety equipment for their activity and monitor the use of equipment and camper safety at all times.
Prepare program supplies for activities ahead of program start time.
Responsible for inspecting all equipment for functionality and safety before each use as well as proper records and storage after use.
Lead large and small groups through a progression of teambuilding activities, low ropes elements, high challenge course elements, and reflective discussions tailored to their program goals

The Waterfront Director will provide overall leadership and management to all aquatic activities at YMCA Camp Lincoln. The Waterfront Director is responsible for safety at the waterfront, scheduling lifeguards, administrative tasks, swim lesson implementation, development/ program evaluation, risk management, and emergency response. The Waterfront Director also serves a member of the senior staff team and is charged with high level leadership across the camp operation. The Waterfront Director is expected to lead by example and inspire those around them.?
Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
