The Receptionist maintains Hospital communication systems, cordially greets and receives Hospital Guests. The Receptionis ascertains guest needs and appropriately directs visitor and callers.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
* Receives Hospital guests, ascertains needs and directs guests appropriately.
* Courteously answers the telephone and takes accurate messages.
* Answers routine questions regarding departmental policies, operations and procedures.
* Directs guests to appropriate office or departmental area.
* Provides necessary forms to incoming guests and courteously assists guest with completion.
* Provides administrative support to the Intake Department.
* Promotes a positive working environment and guest relations.
* Provides administrative support as requested.
* Assumes and/or performs additional duties as requested.
* Promotes safety by attending mandatory in-services and complies with all safety measures initiated by the facility.
* Assists with Business Office data entry when needed.

Qualifications
Education: High school graduate or equivalent required

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required. Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree.
Experience: Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred. Strong working knowledge of social media platforms for professional and business use and comfortable with technology, including analytical tools and digital platforms.
Licensure: Must have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications
* The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment is critical.
* Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or Social Services related field REQUIRED
* Licensure preferred.
* 1-2 years mental health experience preferred. Prior experience working with a psychiatric mental health inpatient setting preferred.
* License eligible degree required; must be able to register with DORA and be willing to work towards LCSW, LMFT or LPC if not already licensed.
* Knowledge of case management, discharge planning, group leadership skills, age specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management, family therapy theory and practice is preferred.
* Social Workers must demonstrate flexibility for reassignment to units providing care to varied populations including, adults, adolescents, and dually diagnosed patients in an inpatient hospital setting. Full time social workers have an assigned unit but will float to other units as needed.
* This is an exempt position, stipends available for additional work over caseload.

The Activities Therapist is an important member of the Centennial Peaks Hospital's inpatient multidisciplinary treatment team. The Activities Therapist provides expressive arts therapy, psychoeducational groups, and recreational activities to inpatient psychiatric units. We are looking for candidates who specializes in Art, Dance/Movement or Expressive Arts.
A Bachelor's Degree in Art Therapy Required.
Dance/Movement or Expressive Arts MUST have or be eligible for R-DMT or REAT
This is a Full-Time 32-36 hour a week position.
