Pay Information $58,000 - $63,000 Pay Schedule Annually FLSA Designation Exempt Position Summary The Contracts and Awards Administrator I is responsible for drafting, reviewing, interpreting, analyzing, and negotiating contracts and agreements with federal, state, private, and local government sponsors in support of UNO's sponsored activities. This role primarily focuses on standard contracts and award agreements; including reviewing, processing, and negotiating incoming and outgoing subawards to ensure compliance with terms and conditions. While the involvement in complex negotiations is limited, they provide essential support in conducting risk assessments, and performing compliance analysis for various contracts and agreements, thereby contributing to the overall success of UNO's research and creative activity endeavors. Additionally, this role participates in updating UNO's contract and agreement templates under the guidance of the Senior Contracts and Awards Administrator. Furthermore, they actively engage in professional development of team members by providing guidance and support as needed. Professional communication, collaboration, and attention to detail are essential to the success of this position.     Primary Function: The Residence and Student Life Manager provides leadership in executing the vision of the residential campus experience within the Residence and Student Life team.
