The Senior Video Producer & Editor is responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing high-quality video content that supports company initiatives. This role manages projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand standards, marketing objectives, and organizational goals. The position requires advanced technical proficiency, creative storytelling ability, and the capacity to work independently while guiding stakeholders and team members through complex projects.Responsibilities will include: Leads the development of video concepts and campaigns that align with company strategy and objectives. Minimum Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in a professional NLE, with the ability to use DaVinci Resolve as the primary editing environment. Expertise across the video production lifecycle, including concepting, storyboarding, filming, audio capture, editing, multicam editing, and simple motion graphics. Strong understanding of design and visual principles including color, hierarchy, balance, perspective, and contrast. Strong participant in meetings with stakeholders. Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, including technical troubleshooting through research and experimentation. Ability to direct voice-over artists, clients, and other stakeholders during production. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 8 years of related experience in video production, editing, and content creation.
