This position will plan, create, edit, and share materials for print, web, digital, and social media. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Plans, storyboards, films, edits and delivers video materials for various areas of the company both internally and externally. Photographs, edits and delivers product images for weekly sale plans, campaigns, and digital media to be edited in silo or stylized depending on need. Work to develop and/or capture the style and mood boards pertaining to the marketing initiatives and campaign strategy/messages. Ensure all style guides and the Harmons brand is upheld. Designs and oversees the production of marketing campaigns including managing workflow, setting priorities, timelines, and creative direction. Communicates openly and frequently with the marketing project manager and creative director. Collaborates with internal departments, participating in brainstorming sessions and making innovative suggestions. Collaborates with advertising and design agencies and production service providers to maximize quality and minimize cost. Ensures the final product is accurate, high quality, within budget and delivered on time. Builds the Harmons brand and represents the voice of the customer. Ensures the highest quality of marketing products and services. Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures. Ensures company standards for safety, sanitation and productivity are maintained. Delivers excellent customer service to all customers. Understands that the first customer marketed to should be the internal customer, our associates. Is a positive influence who implements and promotes changes. The Senior Video Producer and Editor is responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing high-quality video content that supports company initiatives. This role manages projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand standards, marketing objectives, and organizational goals. The position requires advanced technical proficiency, creative storytelling ability, and the capacity to work independently while guiding stakeholders and team members through complex projects. Responsibilities will include: * Leads the development of video concepts and campaigns that align with company strategy and objectives. * Manages video projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines and stakeholder expectations are met. * Collaborates with cross-functional partners to integrate video content into marketing initiatives, events, communications, and product launches. * Provides expert-level guidance, feedback, and creative direction to elevate video projects across the organization. * Identifies and implements new creative approaches, visual trends, and production processes to improve quality and efficiency. * Oversees external vendors or agencies on larger or high-profile video projects. Essential Functions: * Operates and manages camera, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage. * Edits video content to meet creative and technical standards, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. * Manages and delivers video projects from concept through final production. * Travel that may include overnight stays to various marketing events. * Communicates effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and outcomes. * Ability to prioritize tasks effectively by meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently. * Maintain professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment. Minimum Qualifications: * Advanced proficiency in a professional NLE, with the ability to use DaVinci Resolve as the primary editing environment. * Expertise across the video production lifecycle, including concepting, storyboarding, filming, audio capture, editing, multicam editing, and simple motion graphics. * Strong understanding of design and visual principles including color, hierarchy, balance, perspective, and contrast. * Strong participant in meetings with stakeholders. * Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback. * Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently. * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, including technical troubleshooting through research and experimentation. * Ability to direct voice-over artists, clients, and other stakeholders during production. Education and Experience Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. * Minimum of 8 years of related experience in video production, editing, and content creation. * Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in a producer, editor, or videographer role with direct responsibility for end-to-end video projects. $70,100 - $110,000 a year This band covers the full salary range for the role.
