Note: All Dispute Resolution Team Members will have a dotted line reporting relationship to this position What you'll do 1) Governance & Escalation * Ensure timely escalation and resolution of potential high-impact issues, preparation of fact-based case reports, and decision readiness for leadership reviews. * Consolidate insights from customer care, roadside assistance, warranty data, and technical reports to inform decisions. * Chair cross functional team meetings to review and mitigate active cases 2) Dispute Resolution Operations * Lead the end-to-end dispute portfolio (warranty disputes, buybacks, trade assists, settlements), balancing customer satisfaction, regulatory adherence, and cost. * Build standardized SOPs or Operations Manuals for mediation, arbitration, and litigation support. * Establish an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) operating process with Legal and Customer Care, including quality of filings, timeliness, and settlement criteria. 3) Quality Learning & Prevention * Convert dispute and critical case signals into root-cause learning and preventive actions (technical journals, service guidance, retailer enablement) in collaboration with Technical Support * Drive monthly Case Review Process (CRP) cadences with Retailer Technical Support (RTS) and field teams to improve case quality, clarity, and cycle time. 4) Compliance, Audits & Management Systems * Maintain readiness for internal/external audits (e.g., ISO 9001 relevant to complaint handling, customer satisfaction, and corrective action). * Integrate Business Continuity principles for critical activities, ensuring continuity of dispute operations during disruptions. 5) Analytics, Reporting & KPIs• Co-develop cross functional KPIʼs and priorities with involved business units * Develop a dispute analytics dashboard (warranty, buyback/trade-assist, customer care signals) with weekly trend reviews and monthly executive reporting. * Track and improve: cycle time to resolution, buyback/trade-assist count & cost, re-occurrence rate, and customer satisfaction outcomes. FIRST SHIFT Responsibilities: * Inspect and verify spot welded joints of entire vehicle body as defined by quality standards * Inspect and verify stud presence, location, and torque welded to the vehicle body as defined by quality standards * Inspect and verify MIG/MAG welds of the entire body as defined by quality standards * Inspect and verify sealer/adhesive of the entire body as defined by quality standards * Inspect and verify laser welds/laser brazing of the entire body as defined by quality standards * Responsible for the control of the ultrasonic device and the test mode * Conduct special audits without inspection plan specification * Use the ultrasonic tester to analyze spot-welded joints in reference to the inspection plan * Provide expert input to establish and modify testing plans. Job Overview: The HR Project Specialist is responsible for managing a wide range of HR projects in order to improve HR programs, and produce efficiency. This will include collaboration and coordination with the HR department management and colleagues. Responsibilities: * Manage project milestones and deliverables. Determine need for external project resources. * Assess current HR programs, identify areas for improvement, develop objectives and plans of action, direct implementation of action plans, and use wide latitude in decision-making. * Create a continuous improvement culture within HR, leading the team to identify processes for improvement and driving change in response to business requirements * Manage the annual performance and potential review process for the organization, instruct managers on their responsibilities * Function as subject matter expert for HR professionals as well as managers and specialists across the company to ensure success of HR programs, processes, and employee communication initiatives * Facilitate workshops on a variety of business and HR topics * Lead the management evaluation processes, ensuring clear communication and effective execution * Train managers and leaders across the business to improve communication strategies and channels across departments and between employees/management * Identify improvements on the workflow/processes and direct HR team to implement necessary changes * Lead assigned business processes & activities for HR operations * Partner with managers and specialists throughout the business to resolve more complex issues, ultimately reducing escalations ensuring compliance * Analyze and interpret business process issues and make recommendations to senior management and the wider HR team in relation to system updates and process improvements * Communicate new initiatives and changes to management, department heads, and executive board * Assign duties or responsibilities to project stakeholders, monitor performance, and provide feedback * Other duties as assigned Qualifikationen * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business * A minimum of 5-10 years of Human Resources operation experience * Experience in Human Resources within manufacturing strongly preferred * Significant experience with process improvement strongly preferred.
