VS truly cares about it's employees. The company is continually growing but still maintains a close bond amongst employees. They take any efficiency/productivity/problem solving ideas seriously and actively implements them where they make sense. This really fosters a sense of respect and validation that you may not see with other companies. VS shows their appreciation not just verbally, but also with financial compensation when you go above and beyond your role. VS is also dedicated to building up and supporting their employees and helping them grow into new roles whenever opportunities arise. They are continually working towards the goal of balanced work loads and a good work life balance. They offer competitive, and in my opinion, generous benefits. The company is dedicated fostering relationships with dealers/customers and work hard to support them, even going above and beyond typical manufacturer expectations. I am incredibly gratefully to be a part of the VS family.

With rapid growth comes pain points and a lot of change in processes and work flows. Despite that, VS is always working to alleviate pain points for employees as quickly as possible.

The healthcare and HSA funding we receive that covers our health insurance deductible effectively removing out of pocket costs. The profit sharing bonus is also phenomenal and makes everyone work hard and do their best to make the company succeed year after year.

They are all fantastic. They take your ideas seriously, help you grow, are so approachable, do not make you feel like you're in a lesser position. When you make a mistake, the focus is always solution oriented and never pointing the finger or reprimanding. While no one wants mistakes, everyone is human, and they offer support to help fix things. I think that is the biggest testament to the work culture they have created.
