Responsible for performing various functions in the dry and temperature-regulated area of the warehouse. This includes receiving inbound deliveries, replenishing, selecting products for transfer trucks, and all other related dock work. This position assists in whichever warehouse-related functions take priority each day.
Perform tasks to include utilizing RF Warehouse Computer System to properly scan and put away incoming merchandise. Receiving merchandise, selecting transfer trucks, and keeping the dock clean are all major responsibilities of the position.
Essential Job Functions:
Navigate the RF-based computer system to receive all incoming merchandise on the dry and cooler docks. This involves identifying each pallet with a corresponding pallet ID tag and scanning that bar code into the system.
Working with outside carriers making deliveries to ensure all product is received into the warehouse accurately.
Select for Transfer Truck that dispatches. This will either be the dry, cooler, or frozen transfer items.
Work as a reach operator to assist in put-aways and product replenishment as needed.
Clean dry and cooler dock as needed

Perform all other warehouse-related functions as deemed by the warehouse supervisor or manager

What You Will Do:

Assist in managing a variety of biological products with various cold chain management requirements
Ensure documents are complete and current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) are maintained.
Apply comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of supply and logistics processes, concepts, policies and regulations to manage difficult work assignments affecting supply operations and equipment.
Have the ability to work with 3PL on specific supply chain problems, shipping, receiving and storage.
Have the ability to perform and respond to emergency shipments within a 90 minute timeframe.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (may be substituted for six years of experience)
Two years of experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory management systems and database management to maintain data accuracy
Oracle knowledge is a plus
Ability to work with 3PL on specific supply chain problems, shipping, receiving, and storage
Ability to perform and respond to emergency shipments within a 90-minute timeframe

The Receiving Associate located in Rensselaer, IN, is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy through proactive management of damage control, slotting integrity, and corrective actions. This role focuses on maintaining inventory quality, reducing discrepancies, and supporting operational efficiency through detailed audits, reporting, and corrective measures.
Hours of Work:
1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM (overtime: 3:30 AM - 2:00 PM)
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM (overtime: 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM)
Role Responsibilities:
Address pick location issues per issue cards and supervisor direction.
Perform pack back and consolidations per daily reports.
Run browser-based reports to identify duplication and inventory aging issues.
Rectify insufficient or incorrect inventory in picking (non-task-related backups).
Ensure corrective actions are taken for problematic locations.
Collaborate with the IR department to cycle count questionable locations.
Research causes of incorrect inventory locations and provide findings to supervisors.
Comply with DOT, HAZMAT, and environmental policies and procedures.
Use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Perform additional duties as assigned to support Donaldson's mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively (verbal and written).
Exceptional math skills.
Strong decision-making, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to perform light to heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Ability to operate and maintain various office equipment (fax, copier, etc.).
Proficiency in data entry and documentation maintenance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) and internet navigation.
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), user interface, and RF scanning.
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to operate all power industrial equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous warehouse quality auditing or inventory control experience.
Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on root cause analysis.
Proven track record of maintaining inventory accuracy and slotting integrity.
