Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift
Palletize products for loading
Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc.
Take care of our products through proper handling and storage
Ensure inventory is properly maintained
Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld
Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling

Responsible for unloading semi-trailers and/or assisting the loader for semi-trailers and route trucks.
Use equipment and tools provided daily accurately and safely to verify, pull/pick, and put-away tires/products.
Tires/products should be in designated locations with tags out and restocked as needed.
Responsible for always working safely and following safety rules.
Assist the Facilities Dept with light maintenance tasks
Work in a warehouse when not traveling.
Able to load route trucks
Responsible for unloading truck efficiently, accurately and in organized manner.
Work with and train temps or other employees assisting. (Level II)
Ability to lead/train incoming team members (Level II)
Cross train with the IT Department running cables, hanging camera's, door contacts, etc. (Level III)
Ability to fill in for supervisor on a temporary basis (Level III)
Actively participate in Leadership Development (Level III)
Support company goals and uphold K&M Values.
Perform other duties as appropriate and assigned.
Job Requirements:
Must possess a friendly and helpful attitude.
Ability to work in a multi-tasking, professional environment.
Must pay close attention to details.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. continuously.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be 21 or older.
Ability to learn tire knowledge
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be willing to travel. May need to travel for several weeks or even several months in a row.
Ability to work in an environment that is not climate controlled.
Ability to operate and be certified on pickers and forklifts.
Ability to learn and utilize scanning devises to accurately confirm tire and shipment
Must have the ability to adapt to change.
Must have valid driver's license issued by working state and a clean driving record.
Installer Minimum Qualifications:
Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
