Job DescriptionParadigm is searching for a Wave Machine Operator to support our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry. You will operate and maintain selective solder, wave solder, and Sayaka router machines in an electronics manufacturing environment. Multi-tasking and adherence to safety and quality standards are essential.
Type: 4 -6 Month Contract-to-hire
Location: Hillsboro, OR | Onsite

As a Wave Machine Operator you will:
Operate and perform routine maintenance on soldering and routing equipment.
Document processes and maintain accurate records per quality standards.
Keep work area clean and organized for safety compliance.
Use ERP and business software for tracking work and inventory.
Communicate stoppages and issues promptly to supervision.
Support production team and participate in meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
RequirementsOur skills and experience wish list includes:
2+ years electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
Must have experience with selective solder, wave solder, and sayaka router.
Familiarity with ISO 9000 and ERP systems.
Proficient in MS Office; ability to learn company software.
Strong communication skills.
Must comply with ITAR regulations.
