This ADM location unloads dry and liquid sweetener products for processing and storage and loads bulk trailers for delivery to customers. Unload liquid and dry railcars and load tanker trucks for distribution to customers. Receiving: • Perform the below duties as a back-up/cross-trained resource • Receive inbound materials, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documentation. • Inspect incoming materials for damage, discrepancies, and quality requirements; escalate issues as needed. • Enter receipts and inventory movements into ERP systems with high accuracy. • Route received items to appropriate departments or storage locations. Material Handling & General Warehouse Activities: • Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse, staging areas, and storage locations. • Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, scanners, and other equipment. • Track and report inventory variances and support root-cause investigation. Documentation & Compliance: • Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation in compliance with company policies and ISO/quality standards. • Follow all safety procedures and participate in ongoing safety programs. • Ensure compliance with hazardous materials handling (if applicable). Team & Continuous Improvement: • Support training and onboarding of new warehouse operators. • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Experience/Education Required: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred: • Experience with international shipments (commercial invoices, export documentation, customs requirements). • Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001 or similar). • 1-6 years of experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse role in a manufacturing environment. • Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor) and barcode scanners. • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S principles.
