1. Be familiar with all Company products and packaging.
2. Report all damaged product to Warehouse Day Manager.
3. Unload all incoming beer loads for warehouse. Verify counts and place product in back-stock area.
4. Accurately verify received product to include the correct address, seal number, quantity of cases and dunnage, product pull dates, package types and pull dates.
5. Maintain all appropriate paperwork relating to the receiving and shipping of product including tally sheets, receiving log, hot shots, transfers, promo tickets, etc.
6. Fill order(s) or request(s) for merchandise from stock and place order(s) on pallets or in appropriate vehicle.
7. Ensure loads (keg routes, hotshots, package routes, special events, etc.) are done accurately and neatly with stop and load sequence written on each pallet.
8. Visually inspect all cases loaded to ensure they are in saleable condition. Be aware of code dates and load the oldest product first.
9. Load the product on each truck properly to prevent damage. Review each completed load and make sure it can be counted without having to move any product.
10. Ensure proper organization, cleanliness and rotation of the package storage area, draught storage, staging and racking.
11. Correctly stack products in compliance with Company standard operating procedures.
12. Replenish all pick locations in the warehouse ensuring code dates are properly rotated.
13. Move pallets from staging to correct zone in backstock location. Rotate code dates, as needed.
14. Prior to the end of shift, ensure all empty pallets are removed from the pick area and are properly stored. Sweep, mop, clean up breakage, and restock pick area before leaving; keep work area clean.
15. Operate equipment, such as forklift, baler, sweeper/scrubber, electric jack, wrapper, glue gun, and manual pump handle jack, safely and sensibly. Take responsibility by adhering to rules of operation of Company equipment ensuring the safety of self and other employees.
16. Maintain assigned forklift and forklift batteries as well as assigned handheld and scanner in compliance with Company procedures.
17. Report to work on time. At the end of each shift, report to Warehouse Day Manager prior to departure. Obtain approval prior to working in excess of regularly scheduled hours.

The Loader Operator will be responsible for moving and loading vehicles with a company-provided front-end loader or forklift. In addition, the Loader Operator will be required to maintain documentation of vehicle movement around the facility. Furthermore, the Loader Operator will be responsible for the daily pre and post-trip inspections and associated documentation of their assigned machine. In addition, the operator will maintain a safe work environment and be required to follow and be held accountable to company guidelines for safe loader operation. Finally, through a thorough understanding of Copart policy, the Loader Operator will facilitate the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customers' needs.
* Ensures equipment is maintained according to company standards and customer contracts.
* Operates company equipment safely.
* Assists with the maintenance of company equipment and vehicles.
* Records vehicle information accurately and legibly.
* Operates digital camera or other basic vehicle documentation and tracking devices.
* Sets up yard for auctions within company timelines.
* Provides service to customers as needed.
* Maintains a positive and professional demeanor.

Required Skills & Experience:

* One year of loader or forklift experience, certification preferred.

* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
* Positive attitude/High Integrity.
* Ability to operate heavy equipment.
* Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Occasional O.T. as needed.
* Bilingual skills a plus.
