The Role
You will operate state-of-the-art printing presses to deliver high-quality printing and finishing services for film, paper, and specialty materials. Working alongside 160 employee-owners in a collaborative environment, you'll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while serving essential markets including food, consumer goods, industrial, and healthcare.
Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule
Work: Monday & Tuesday - Off: Wednesday & Thursday - Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
Off: Monday & Tuesday - Work: Wednesday & Thursday - Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
12-hour static shifts (Nights - 6:00pm - 6:00am) (Days - 6:00am - 6:00pm)
What You'll Do
Pull orders and ensure correct product is shipped to customers.
Ability to operate a forklift.
Receive freight and ensure it is documented accurately.
Maintain the warehouse, rotate stock, and organize pallets and scrap efficiently using available space.
Be able to perform necessary math for estimating truck capacity.
Read and measure with a tape ruler
Assist in month-end inventory.
Ensure accurate receipt of parcel deliveries and forward those to appropriate parties.
Load and unload trucks and scrap trailers.
Perform daily housekeeping duties, including sweeping warehouse and loading area.
Assist with packaging and purchasing functions as needed.
What You'll Bring
Essential Qualifications:
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
Reading and writing ability to complete necessary work.
Computer skills for entering data into information systems and printing necessary labels.
Strong, positive communication skills both internally and externally.
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic computer skills including email, data entry,operatingwithin multiple systems
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on needs of the business including overtime hours
Basic computer knowledge
Previous manufacturing experience

Starting Salary:
Wages ranging from $25.00+ per hour, dependent on experience.
