Seal checks and validate check counts. Packages clients' paychecks and vouchers along with applicable reports. Sorts packages and logs by applicable delivery service. Confirms successful FedEx, UPS, and courier deliveries. Maintains daily processing schedule and ensures all payrolls scheduled to process are accounted for and sends out end-of-day notification to start ACH processes. Ensures paychecks and vouchers satisfy all quality requirements and, when necessary, initiates corrective actions based on departmental operating procedures. Ordering and quality check of production supplies. Order and distribution of all general office supplies. Ensures adequate supply of checks, toner, envelopes, paper, etc. Maintains and schedules service calls for all production equipment. Reviews / audits vendor billing for delivery services. ISLAND DAIRY WAREHOUSE WORKER - day shift 5:00 am to 2:00 pm (additional daily overtime required) Our Warehouse Worker will ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage and shipment of dairy products utilizing equipment including, but not limited to sit down forklift, clamp truck and hand truck. Warehouse and/or Dairy experience preferred. Salar y: $18.00/hr JOB DUTIES: · Load and unload trucks using equipment in an efficient and safe manner · Move product to storage areas with proper equipment · Efficiently lift, stack and store products in the appropriate areas · Pick and assemble orders for shipment with a minimum of 1,200 cases per shift · Check and count products for accuracy before shipment · Load trucks in a specific manner as described by the load out supervisor and/or clamper · Receive, pick and rotate all products per their expiration date(s) - first in, first out (FIFO) policy · Extensive walking of the entire warehouse using hand trucks stacked with cases of products · Perform other duties as assigned, may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed. JOB Posting JOB TITLE: Forklift Driver DEPARTMENT: Dry Storage REPORTS TO: Service Manager or General Manager The Forklift Driver is responsible for carrying out operations for the marina. The Forklift Driver's primary responsibility is the customer and their vessels. Every task at the marina from carefully handing the customers boats, to communicating effectively with the employee working the docks. The Forklift Driver projects a professional company image through all types of interactions. As this is a fast-paced environment, must be able to work under pressure. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance Comply with company policies and legal guidelines Maintains awareness of safety issues and reports them immediately to supervisor EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Prior forklift experience - Marina experience preferable.
