WORK SCHEDULE Part-Time Overnight/Early Morning Hours This is a temporary entry level non-exempt position. What You'll Be Doing Operate a front-end loader to safely and efficiently feed the crushing plant and load trucks, while reporting directly to the Production Supervisor or Plant Management. Conduct pre-shift inspections, perform routine maintenance, and promptly report equipment issues to maintenance personnel. Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure roads and berms meet or exceed MSHA standards. Support general pit maintenance activities, including grading, dust control, and drainage. Ensure all pit operations comply with company safety policies and federal regulations. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production needs, pit conditions, and equipment performance. Assist in training and mentoring new pit loader operators to promote a culture of safety and accountability.
