Job Summary:
With reporting responsibilities to the Customer Success Manager or Warehouse Manager, this position is directly responsible for the day to day dock activities, document preparations and filing. Answer phones, forward calls and take messages.
Research information when needed.
Maintain inventory by checking for any discrepancies.
Enter location changes provided by warehouse attendants.
Coordinate sample requests and repacks.
Preform cycle counts on customer's inventory.

The Rubber MachineOperator produces molded products or parts from pre-mixed standard rubber or plastic compounds. The MachineOperator observes continuous operation of automatic machines to ensure that products meet specifications and to detect jams or malfunctions, making adjustments as necessary. Other key tasks include measuring and visually inspecting products for surface and dimension defects in order to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments; positioning and securing work pieces on machines, and start feeding mechanisms; and turning valves and dials of machines to regulate pressure, temperature, and speed and feed rates, and to set cycle times. The MachineOperator removes finished or cured products from dies or molds, using hand tools, air hoses and other equipment; trims excess material from parts, using knives, and grind scrap plastic into powder for reuse; and cools products after processing to prevent distortion.

* Setting quality standards, ensuring standards are met, training and communicating policies and procedures, auditing and analyzing processes, measuring production, reporting results.
