This Position:
This position is responsible to act as the group leader for responsible area(s) of one or more of the following key warehouse functional teams: Order/Conveyor Processing Team, Outbound Dock Team, and/or Manufacturing Support Team.
Key Responsibilities:
To provide support, guidance, and leadership within the Order Processing Team to maintain consistent level of internal support and assure accurate, safe and efficient fulfillment of all sales order requests.

Compensation:
Starting Hourly Range: $23 - $24 per hour (With employee driven increases through learning and development opportunities).
Eligible for rate increases after 1 year through skills and job leveling program.

Full-time Description
The INSTALLERS work under the Facilities Project Manager and when working in the warehouse you will report to the Warehouse Manager. This position travels to our warehouses across the Mid-West, South Central, and New England states. Our team of installers assist with setting up new warehouses, changing existing racking, moving product and racking installation and teardowns. Responsible for unloading and/or loading trucks, as well as picking/pulling and/or putting away tires/products. Being able to fill in when needed to drive a truck for delivery routes.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble and install racking according to the warehouse layout.
Disassemble old racking; sort, bind and store by dimensions.
Move and make changes to existing racking.
Measure, outline and paint truck and farm area according to layout.
Move product to new racking, according to new layout charting.
Install signs and labels in bins, dock doors, etc.
Responsible for unloading semi-trailers and/or assisting the loader for semi-trailers and route trucks.
Use equipment and tools provided daily accurately and safely to verify, pull/pick, and put-away tires/products.
Tires/products should be in designated locations with tags out and restocked as needed.
Responsible for always working safely and following safety rules.
Assist the Facilities Dept with light maintenance tasks
Work in a warehouse when not traveling.
Able to load route trucks
Responsible for unloading truck efficiently, accurately and in organized manner.
Work with and train temps or other employees assisting. (Level II)
Ability to lead/train incoming team members (Level II)
Cross train with the IT Department running cables, hanging camera's, door contacts, etc. (Level III)
Ability to fill in for supervisor on a temporary basis (Level III)
Actively participate in Leadership Development (Level III)
Support company goals and uphold K&M Values.
Perform other duties as appropriate and assigned.

Essential Functions:
Operates fork lift to load and unload vehicles.
Must insure all products are properly coded.
Must pull orders and assist in warehouse placement of stock.
Must assist in inventory and cycle counts
Must be able to complete all required logs, complete shipping and receiving paperwork, and Perform monthly inventory without assistance.
Assist Set-up in pulling ingredients or loading blending platforms, when there are no other duties that must be done
Must fill in for supervisor
Must have knowledge of finished goods and raw material storage areas
Must have complete understanding of shipping and receiving department including paperwork
This person will operate as a self starter, and be able to multi-task
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience within a food manufacturing environment.
Ability to comfortably operate standard warehouse equipment, including proficient operation of standup forklift and load move system.
Work Environment:
The job is performed in the warehouse and production areas where the person will be exposed to strong aromas, airborne dust particles emanating from ingredients being used, and will be in the presence of or otherwise operatingmachinery.
