What you'll do:
We focus on excellent customer service, and we take pride and phenomenal care in every order we fill for our customers - and their fuzzy family members. Fulfillment Specialists perform a wide range of warehouse functions, including:
Labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers, moving stowed product to various locations using a Forklift, etc.
Fulfilling and coordinating orders to ensure customer delivery process is efficient and accurate.
Crafting accurate shipping documentation for domestic shipments.

Job Summary:
The Palletizer Operator is responsible for the automated stacking of packaged beverage cases onto pallets in accordance with production and shipping requirements. This role ensures stable, accurate pallet formation and proper labeling, while maintaining a safe and efficient work area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and experienced with warehouse or end-of-line production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor automated palletizing equipment to stack cases or trays.
Ensure accurate stacking pattern, load height, and pallet count.
Apply stretch wrap, corner boards, or straps as needed to stabilize loads.
Clear jams and restart the palletizer when needed according to SOPs.
Apply correct pallet tags or barcodes to each finished pallet.
Record pallet counts and case quantities for shift reporting.
Verify case codes, labels, and product types all match pallet specifications.
Follow lockout/tagout procedures when servicing or unjamming equipment.
Perform daily checks and routine cleaning of palletizer and surrounding area.
Report malfunctions or safety issues to the supervisor or maintenance.
Work closely with case packers and forklift drivers to maintain steady flow.
Notify team of delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
Assist in load prep, pallet movement, or rework as assigned.
Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, food safety, and quality standards, including GMPs, PPE requirements, and hazard reporting
Perform all other duties or tasks as assigned by management to support departmental or company objectives.

What you'll do

Summary/Objective

Essential Functions

+ Operate wire cutter to cut wire according to customer orders
+ Operate forklift in warehouse setting
+ Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
+ Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic
+ Assist customers at will call and walk-ins as required
