The Warehouse Technician will process orders, prepare items for shipment and receive incoming inventory. Responsible for monitoring expiration dates to assure supplies are returned or re-inventoried per company guidelines.

Follows Driving Policy and completes required driver training.
Educate customers in proper use and care of respiratory and HME equipment in a home setting
Complete written patient visits reports following setup and follow-up visits as required
Assist with customer equipment problems under emergency conditions
Process all orders in a timely, accurate manner
Perform patient assessment and re-assessment for patient care
Perform routine preventative maintenance and simple repairs on equipment as required in accordance with company policies
Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required in accordance with company policies and procedures

The Sales & Logistics Operations Operator is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency across sales and logistics functions.
This role involves managing order data, operating EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems, overseeing inventory and shipments, and supporting stable sales and supply operations through close collaboration with retail partners
and internal departments.
Location: Buena Park, CA
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Processing & Management
- Receive and process customer purchase orders, manage system entries, updates, and shipment schedules
- Verify and perform test transmissions of EDI data for each order
2. Inventory & Shipment Management
- Collaborate with the logistics team to monitor inventory levels and adjust shipment plans accordingly
- Support promotional and sales-related logistics operations
3. Data & Reporting
- Generate and manage reports on sales, inventory, and order status for internal review
4. Partner Communication
- Coordinate with retail partners and internal sales teams to handle inquiries and requests
- Identify root causes and coordinate resolutions for EDI or ERP-related issues
5. Process Improvement
- Propose enhancements for data flow, system integration, and document management efficiency
6. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using EDI or ERP systems
- Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and data management
- Detail-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental and client collaboration
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving ability
- Hands-on experience with SPS Commerce, Spring Systems, or NetSuite
- Understanding of GS1 standards, GTIN, and barcode management
- Familiarity with wholesale business structures
Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least two years' experience in sales, customer service, office setting, and/or retail industry preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Background check required after a conditional offer is made, in accordance with applicable laws
- Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus to support communication with Korean customers and the HQ, but is not required.
Schedule
Business hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch), Monday to Friday
