We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities:
Operate powered equipment to move, locate, stack, and count products safely and accurately
Load products onto equipment, pallets, or totes while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency
Organize, store, and retrieve products for shipment or storage, verifying product type and quantities
Replace equipment batteries or LP tanks and monitor power supply as needed to support operations

Qualifications:

Warehouse Associate IThe team member in this position checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the trailer loading/unloading to include the pallet handling process. **Responsibilities:**
**Machine Operation**
+ Continually monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance.
+ Make authorized adjustments and modifications to equipment as needed to maintain process quality and productivity.
+ Responsible for product quality; in-process checks, accurately complete all quality documentation, quality documentation review, requalification, rework
+ Seek assistance from mechanical technicians & cell leads to meet production and quality expectations when required.
+ Perform or assist with product or equipment changeovers.
+ Assist line technicians with equipment repair, trouble shooting and preventive maintenance.
+ Keep machinery, work area and floors neat and orderly and comply with GMP requirements.
+ Perform quality inspections, process tests and record data accurately as required.
+ Maintain accurate documentation for reporting PPH, scrap/waste, SAP and MES transactions.
+ Identify and report any issues to the Cell Lead.
+ Proactively participate in problem solving methods through CI activities, (Blitz's, Kaizens, KAS)
+ Operators must effectively cooperate with the others to ensure effective shift transfer and communication.
+ Support business needs by working overtime as necessary to satisfy schedule requirements
+ Other duties as assigned

+ Hold self accountable to follow all safety policies & procedures.
+ Debrief accidents and implement solutions to eliminate root cause.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ H.S. Diploma/G.E.D. preferred OR 2 years of industrial/manufacturing experience is preferred.
**Please note starting pay for this position ranges from $21-23 per hour. For night shift positions, a 6% shift differential will be added as additional hourly pay as well.

PT Driver/Warehouse Associate
Reports To: Branch Manager

Position Purpose:
Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of orders and stock between branches and on occasion to customers. Maintains safety standards of warehouse, driving and delivery functions.
Essential Functions:
Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
Follow routes and time schedule
Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
Spend majority of work hours seated
The ability to move up to 100 pounds on occasion during deliveries
Complete logs and reports
Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
Ability to operate forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
Interact with internal customers on a daily basis
Separate transfers and load them onto respective trucks
Determine best shipping method for products according to company policy
Locate transfers to complete orders and place them on the corresponding trucks
Ensure that products and orders are placed on the correct trucks for delivery
Use basic computer and math skills to determine shipping locations and quantities
Receive shipments, verify products on packing slips are there and sign corresponding paperwork upon receipt
Inspect contents of deliveries to ensure that the product is not damaged
Assume responsibility for returning unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements
Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place
Put product away into correct locations with the use of a barcode reader
Manage time in order to complete workload for the day
Read and decipher packing slips, computer screens and barcode readers
Practice teamwork in order to best service internal and external customers
Remain up-to-date on all safety practices and standards
Assist warehouse personnel when necessary
Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Other duties as required
Qualifications
Experience, Education & Skills:
Warehouse experience preferred
Valid drivers license and DOT med card required
Ability to operate motor vehicle, forklift, barcode reader, currently used hardware and software
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
