PRE-REQUISITE REQUIREMENTS: 1. High School Diploma or equivalent 2. Must be able to read, write & speak the English language fluently. 3. Ability to use hand & power tools and lifting equipment. 4. Possess or have ability to acquire all PIME license by passing company test requirements. 5. Possess or have ability to acquire LOTO certification. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Demonstrate ability to use hand and power tools. 2. Acquire forklift, scissor lift, and Crown Wave license from the Safety Department. WORKING PROCEDURES: The following are the major job duties, but this job description does not preclude the performance of other duties by the incumbent. 1. Receive and perform work assignments, oral and/or written and follow work instructions. 2. Train to be proficient in mold preparation, web assembly, mandrel preparation, and mandrel removal. 3. Document (Prisma) the mold preparation, web assembly, mandrel preparation, and mandrel removal for each mold/blade. 4. Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of equipment to assemble, inspect, and prepare molds. 5. Perform inspections as required. 6. Work with or under the direction of Floor Leads, managers, and engineers. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Demonstrate the ability to count and record material data with a high degree of accuracy. 2. Demonstrate proficiency in SAP and other MS Office computer tools 3. Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted on a regular basis 4. Sit, stand, bend & kneel for 8 or more hours/day 5.
