Primary Responsibilities
As a Field Technician, you'll use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues faster by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models. With real-time information at your fingertips, you can determine the root cause and corrective action for each issue quickly, enabling you to work smarter, not harder.
Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably
Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools while using a high degree of independent judgment
Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed
Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis
Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)

Responsibilities:
Lead all MEP planning, coordination, and execution for hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction through turnover
Manage and oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems
Serve as the primary point of contact for MEP trade partners, design engineers, commissioning agents, and owner representatives
Drive constructability reviews, system sequencing, and installation strategies aligned with data center phasing and energization plans
Oversee MEP scheduling, procurement, long-lead equipment tracking, and logistics planning
Ensure strict adherence to mission-critical standards, including redundancy (N, N+1, 2N), resiliency, and uptime requirements
Lead MEP coordination meetings, clash detection efforts, and BIM-based coordination processes
Partner with commissioning teams to support Level 1-5 commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and owner acceptance
Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards
Support cost management, change control, and value engineering initiatives related to MEP scopes
