Essential Functions: Models, promotes, and reinforces the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission. Executes complicated repairs, fabrication and welding on heavy equipment and components in a shop environment. Conducts complicated carbon arc gouging, oxy/acetylene torch beveling and welding with different welding processes. Completes most line boring jobs with minimal supervision.
