Join a fast-growing electrical systems manufacturer as a Wiring Assembler. You will play a key role in building high-quality control panels and electronic harnesses. Daily tasks include:
Final assembly of wire harnesses from machine-made subassemblies
Assembling small parts into complete electronic systems using instructions and hand tools
Sorting, labeling, and packaging assemblies and components
Reading and following wiring diagrams and assembly schematics
Using sleeves, cable lacing, ties, and conduits to bind wires accurately

The Assembler is focused on reading and interpreting blueprints and instructions, prep parts for assembly utilizing hand tools, punch press, and mills and reports to the Production Supervisor.

Job responsibilities include:
Basic spot welding to secure door components
Package material in preparation for pick up or shipment
Handle, package, and label architectural doors and frames.
Read and interpret blueprints and instructions
Prep parts for assembly utilizing hand tools, punch presses, and mills

Job Title: Assembler Date: December 2025
Reports To: Assembly Supervisor
The Assembler will have to perform the assembly and test the parts and valves according to the technical drawings and engineering specifications. The Assembler will share the status of the situation and any comments on the status and issues related to the assembly of the valves. Key Responsibilities:
Perform all assembly and testing tasks
Perform all inspections required by the company's quality assurance (QA) program
Perform all tasks in accordance with QA procedures and the company's training program
Assemble parts based on Line Item Numbers that correlate with a Drawing BOM
Complete OQE
Sub-assembly and Large Assembly (torques, Loctite's, or anti seize sub-assembly)
Prepare for Shipping
Disassemble returns to evaluate, fix and refurbish items
Work with QC to put reassemble and complete run-off testing
Transporting parts between buildings/departments with fork truck/pallet truck
Adhere to company Malpractice & Ethics Policies
Cross trains on various positions in the department
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Ensures that all safety procedures are followed as stated on posted signs and in Company policy
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma (Preferred) or GED
Ability to read and interpret documents furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, quality manuals and procedure manuals.
Forklift training certificate or the ability to receive it.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to perform simple shop math, convert decimals to fractional equivalents.
Ability to communicate information clearly

Responsibilities:
Assemble wax pattern clusters per procedures (PEI/SOP)
Inspect components before and after assembly for casting defect contributors. Visually check for broken corners, lugs, and missing pins and correct serial number.
Determine the acceptability to specifications.
Return acceptable and unacceptable patterns back to the appropriate stations or operators.
Properly identify your work performed on clusters in Lot Control and affix acquired identification to molds.
Meet the specific productivity and quality requirements.
